Hello I currently have a unit and its E124. I use to have a storage unit in Grass Valley at Old Barn and Storage and it was a little overpriced, and a friend of mine referred me to Quartz Drive Self Storage. I have had a unit at Quartz now for a while and I love it here. Dave and Wanda Carter are great managers, they are very friendly and helpful when I have a question or need assistance. It has been my extreme pleasure over the past 7 months, to have my belonging
safe and secure at Quartz Drive storage in Auburn California.
First, I must comment on the wonderful managers and how well they have
treated us during that time. At ever step of the way they have looked out
for us and made sure we understand the agreement and have helped us get
through a very stressful time in our lives. They are truly customer
friendly and they understand what customer service is all about.
Second the facility is so well maintained it is no problem getting in or
out. Having carefree access to you possessions is a much better situation
than we have had at other competitors. Since we have moved our belongings
in I have never been concerned about the safety or security of the items we
have there.
I also appreciate that the facility has won significant awards for its
energy efficiency of the construction and operational design.
In this day and age it is the exception doing business with an operation
that appreciates it's customers. In the future I will not go anywhere else
for my storage needs.
